Direct Primary Care (DPC) simplifies healthcare with a flat monthly fee covering unlimited consultations, routine labs, medications, and personalized care—no copays or hidden fees. By eliminating insurance complexities, DPC enhances patient-provider relationships with greater access, shorter wait times, and longer visits. This model focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to your health and well-being.
What does the membership fee cover?
The membership fee includes unlimited consultations (video, phone, or messaging), routine labs, medications, and access to discounted imaging services. It’s designed to cover all your primary care needs.
Do I need insurance to join?
No, insurance is not required to join our Direct Primary Care membership. However, we recommend maintaining insurance for services outside of primary care, such as specialist visits, hospitalizations, or emergency care.
Are there any hidden fees or copays?
No, there are no hidden fees or copays. Your monthly membership fee covers all included services. Additional costs, such as non-routine labs or imaging, will be transparently communicated at discounted rates. Your membership includes up to two medications or refills per month. If additional medications are needed, a small fee will apply to cover those costs.
How does it work?
Our membership-based healthcare model offers unlimited consultations, routine labs, and access to prescription medications from our formulary for a flat monthly fee—no copays or hidden costs. Membership includes up to two prescriptions monthly, with additional medications at a nominal fee. With virtual visits and personalized support, we provide accessible, quality care focused on your health and well-being.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
We require a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure continuity of care, as medications are filled in 90-day supplies and membership includes routine labs during this period. After the initial 3 months, memberships are month-to-month, and you can cancel with a 30-day notice.
What about specialist or emergency care?
Your DPC provider can refer you to a specialist or recommend emergency care when necessary. While these services are not covered under the membership, we’ll help coordinate your care and provide guidance.
What ages do you serve?
Our Direct Primary Care services are designed for patients aged 13 and older. We believe that younger children benefit most from in-person visits with a pediatric provider who can assess their development, growth, and health needs through hands-on evaluations. By focusing on teens and adults, we ensure that our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of these age groups.
